Active harmer situations are unpredictable and evolve quickly. Because active harmer situations are often over within minutes, and before law enforcement arrives on the scene, individuals must be prepared both mentally and physically to handle an active harmer situation.   

The Emergency Management Division of the CU Denver Campus is offering this free training that will provide information and instruction for what to do if ever faced with an active harmer incident. You will leave the training with skills and tools necessary regarding campus safety and options available to you.
