The Census deadline is 5pm MT.

• Last Day to add classes in UCDAccess.

• Last day to add classes with instructor consent on the Schedule Adjustment form. If unable to enroll in UCDAccess because "Instructor Consent is Required", obtain instructor approval on a Schedule Adjustment Form.

• Last day to drop classes with a financial adjustment.

• Classes dropped after this date will appear on your transcript with a grade of 'W".

• Full tuition will be charged for additional classes added after this date.

• College Opportunity Fund hours will not be deducted from eligible student’s lifetime hours.

You must DROP via UCDAccess from your classes by 5:00 PM to receive a refund. After this date, you will be charged the full tuition amount for additional classes added. College Opportunity Fund stipend will be forfeited from student’s lifetime hours.
