Lecture Description

We are all on the front lines of climate change. In order for our cities and children and children's children to thrive under climate change, radical transformations are inevitable and necessary in the way we design, manage and enjoy our cities, energy, food and natural resources. The inevitable transformation should benefit everyone in an equitable manner, specially those who are most vulnerable and that for generations have been unjustly under-served and last in line. This lecture will cover tools, strategies and perspectives for the co-creation of a Just Transition---with a focus on intersectionality, climate justice, and the city of Denver's Climate Protection Fund.
