Join this FREE accountability challenge leading up to Spring Break! Set goals and stay consistent during the first half of the semester with the personal training team at CU Denver. We will help you form habits to become consistent with your fitness and wellness.

What’s included:
-One free consultation and fitness assessment with a personal trainer to be redeemed by Week 2 of the challenge.
-Regular contact with training staff for accountability and Q&A.
