Burnout! Are you tired and overwhelmed with all you must do as a leader, student, and employee, etc.? When we are committed to our academic goals, and being involved as students, we sometimes hit a wall. Burnout is a special type of stress: a state of physical or emotional exhaustion that also involves a sense of reduced accomplishment and loss of personal identity. This workshop will help you identify strategies to address and recover from burnout.
