Crimes, such as embezzlement and bookkeeping fraud, are typically committed by those with limited opportunity in positions of less power. Kelly Paxton, a nationally recognized expert on pink collar crime and ethics, will explore the difference between white collar and pink collar crime, and why pink collar crime is growing and committed mostly by women. "Pink Flags" will be identified to mitigate the risk of employees' financial crimes and ethical breaches.
