Valentines Step and Tease Group Fitness Class

Wednesday, Feb 14th @ 5:15 p.m. - 6 p.m. Free

Join us on February 14 at 5:15 pm for a fusion fitness class combining Step & Strength and Pilates! Instructors Ashlyn and Elizabeth will co-teach the class, using aerobic steppers, mats, bands, and Pilates rings! You’re going to LOVE it.

Please note, you must have an active membership or buy a day pass to the Lola & Rob Salazar Student Wellness Center to participate.
